Aragon cheerleaders have led rallies and performed at sporting events since Aragon was founded half a century ago. Today, both the Junior Varsity and Varsity Cheerleading Squads at Aragon are comprised of girls aiming to bring spirit to the Aragon community.

Students planning on attending a University of California or California State University will likely pay significantly higher tuition costs over the next several years. Recent reports from the UC and CSU offices say that tuition for California public universities is expected to increase from eight to 16 percent annually over the next four years for in-state residents.

This year, seniors applying to the University of California sites will experience a change in their application process, specifically their ELC rank, or “Eligibility in Local Context”. A student’s ELC rank is calculated by high schools and the University of California system the summer before an applicant’s senior year. It can guarantee a student admission into the UC system if he or she qualifies.
