When athletes get on the court, put their toes on the starting line, or dive into the pool, they become different people. They leave normal life and assume new identities. When they’re on a team, people become bigger than themselves—they become teammates. Some even leave their names behind.

Arriving at Aragon for a new year, students were greeted by the sight of unfamiliar construction. Funded by Measure M, the construction will act as an extension of several areas of curriculum.

In 1961, Aragon High School opened its doors to its first class of students. To honor Aragon’s semi-centennial anniversary, the Outlook seeks to celebrate five decades of history and bring the past to today’s generation of Dons.
